Goal Setting


Happy New Year!!!

2018 is year,
On the 1st of January, at midnight, we have set the Resolutions that we will roughly break and forget in a few weeks...

Now lets set GOALS, the ones we will work hard towards and ACHIEVE!!!

Here are basics of goal setting, your gaols have to be SMART, I got this from Tim Ferris.


Specific: - Specify what you want exactly, describe it vividly...
"I want to loose 20kg of weight (fat) and chisel a six pack into my body"
Measurable
"My goal is measurable, at the end of each month, i will get on a scale and i need to loose an average of 1.7kg per month"
Achievable
"My friend did it last year, so hell year it's achievable"
Relevant
"This goal is relevant to my life and the future i want, and it is link to my other goals such as running marathons"

Timely
"My sexy body must be here in time for Summer, so 30 November is the set date"

And you can have more than one goal, just repeat the process for each of them... Write down those goals...
